On 21 September 2021, Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training issued Prakas 264/21 on Determination of Minimum Wage for Workers/Employees in the Textile, Garment, Footwear, Travel Goods and Bag Industries for 2023.
The minimum wage for probationary workers/employees is at US$ 192 per month. After passing probation, the workers/employees shall receive a minimum wage of US$ 194.
