On 2 November 2023, Cambodian government adopted Policy Framework on the Development of Government Securities 2023-2028.
The vision of the policy is to develop the government securities in order to diversity financing sources through capital mobilization from the market to meet public investment needs and contribute to the development of financial market for enhancing competitiveness and accelerating sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
