The General Department of Taxation sent out Notification No. 339 GDT on January 6, 2025, reminding all taxpayers under the self-assessment regime that they must file their annual income tax returns and pay taxes for the tax year 2024 by March 31, 2025, unless the business is permitted to use a tax year that differs from the calendar year. Taxpayers are also reminded in the notification of the necessary paperwork that must be submitted with their yearly income tax return.
