On October 10, 2024, the Ministry of Economy and Finance released an update to Prakas No. 071, altering the stipulations regarding voluntary adjustments of tax returns.
Exemption deadline is extended to end of June 2025. Eligible transactions for exemptions are extended to before August 2024.
