The Environmental and Natural Resources Code (the “Environmental Code”) was adopted on 29 June 2023 by Royal Kram NS/RKM/0623/007.
The Environmental Code strengthens, modernizes, and strengthen the management of environmental protection through the conservation and restoration of natural resources, biodiversity, and ecosystems.
The Environmental Code consists of 12 books and 865 articles.
